How you can send and receive private messages

You can use the Smartkarma Messaging system to send Private Messages to your team, and also to Smartkarma Insight Providers. 

You can create Individual or Group Message Rooms to facilitate easy communication.

Compliance

Please note that Buyside Compliance Officers automatically receive their Team's Activity log  via email. They also have the ability to activate/de-activate this feature.
​

  • The Audit Log includes a trackable list of all Activities performed by the Team, including the full text of any Private Messages. 

  • This can be easily exported and integrated into internal surveillance systems.
