You can use Smartkarma Private Messaging to send a direct, private message to Insight Providers, Clients or reach a bunch of Insight Providers and/or Clients with Group chats. The option is available by clicking the Message icon on the top right-hand side of your screen on a PC (as below) or within the bell icon if using a mobile phone to access Smartkarma.

You can also send a message to an Insight Provider while visiting their profile page or from their Insight.

Once the message compose box opens on your screen, you can start typing the name in the box to see a list of Smartkarma participants to whom you can send a message. You can also find an Existing Group Chat (which you are a member of) or create a New Group Chat!
